Apple Records partnering with Peter Jackson to direct a new Beatles documentary edited from the hours of footage recorded for the 1970 film, Let It Be is great news for the band’s fans, but could this new edit of the Let It Be footage be rewriting the story of The Beatles’ breakup? Let It Be is a documentary about The Beatles rehearsing and recording the album of the same name. Filmed in the early part of 1969, the band would break up later that year before officially dissolving in 1970....

Set Your iOS Backup in iTunes It’s very easy to set this up. First, just launch iTunes on your Mac or PC and go to the Preferences. Next select the devices tab. After that, right-click and select archive for the backup you want to keep. Make sure you’re selecting the most recent one that you want to always have archived when you back up in the future. TUAW reports that according to a purported e-mail from Steve Jobs the next version of Keynote will include a sort of AirPlay functionality. Specifically, users of Keynote ’11 will be able to create a presentation and stream it to the big screen via an Apple TV. Apple paid over $1.7 million dollars for one small acre of land adjacent to its North Carolina data center, reports claim. Apple wanted the land because of its proximity to its data center, which is widely expected to become a key part of Apple’s cloud-based services plans once it is complete early next year.
