Star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Jennifer Aydin says watching herself on TV is what inspired her drastic plastic surgery makeover. The transformation, including weight loss and many plastic surgery procedures, was evident to fans when the newest season premiered.
The Turkish housewife has not been on the show very long, but the rookie is already causing massive tidal waves with her impressions of co-star Jackie Goldschneider and drunk truths that spilled out of her after a shot or two of tequila. The 42-year-old has become quite close with Teresa Giudice, who at times is the made to look like a villain, and some would say that Aydin has even started acting a little too much like her. The outspoken housewife is married to plastic surgeon Dr. Bill Aydin and the two share five children together.
According to People, Aydin had been sharing her journey with plastic surgery on her Instagram account which included a tummy tuck and liposuction. The mother of five opened up about how she approached the idea of altering her body with her children, especially her daughters. She revealed that her daughter, Gabby has asked to undergo laser hair removal but was told by her mother to wait until she was at least 16 years old. The reality star would like for her children to make the decision of getting plastic surgery on their own, but keeps in mind that they are still children who will need guidance, saying she would support them in whatever they choose to do.
As a wife of a plastic surgeon, she said that if her children decided one day that they were not happy with how they looked, then she would support them to change it. Body confidence was very important to the newest Jersey housewife who said she is aware that some of her children are struggling with their weight and doesn’t want to be the type of parent who tells her children that they are fat as that is how she was brought up. The Paramus, New Jersey native said that she does not discuss food with her children in fear that they could develop a complex and allow them to eat whatever they would like. Fans already know that the housewife is not one for outdoor exercise and this trait has rubbed off on the children. Aydin ender her interview saying that her children have the rest of their lives to worry about their body image and would just like them to be happy with who they are.
Many fans do not agree with this line of thinking as most Americans know healthy habits are learned behaviors that are usually taught by the parents. While she does not want her children to have to worry about the pressure of having the perfect body, she may also be doing a disservice to them by not leading them down the right path when it comes to personal health and wellness. Regardless, this New Jersey housewife is content with her body after weight loss and many plastic surgeries and now she can watch the new episodes feeling confident about herself.
