Jersey Shore’s The Situation sent The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice’s positive vibes’ after he was deported. The reality star wanted to show that even though Joe broke the law, people still want to support him.

In 2013, Giudice was indicted for filing a false bankruptcy report, trying to hide his family’s wealth. He had other charges brought against him as well, also being indicted for failing to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008. Sorrentino, on the other hand, was indicted in 2014 for failure to pay taxes on 8.9 million dollars of income between the years of 2010 and 2012. Both reality stars had a partner in crime and spent time behind bars with their brothers in federal prison.

According to Us Weekly, Sorrentino reached out to Giudice and left a sympathetic comment on his eldest daughter Gia Giudice’s October 13th Instagram post. The post was of Joe and his brother Pete when they reunited in Italy. The Situation wrote “sending positive vibes” to the reality star and implied that his comeback will be better than his current situation.

Giudice was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement on October 12 and sent directly back to Rome, Italy. While in Italy, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star still plans to fight his deportation order with an appeal. He spent months in a detention center waiting to learn about his deportation fate, eventually asking the judge to just send him back to his home country. The reality star was said the be extremely happy that he was released and would work hard to redeem himself. While Sorrentino returned to his Long Branch home after serving eight months in a New York federal prison, he has been concentrating on living his best life - which included a naked pizza party with his wife.

While it was nice for one reality TV star to support another reality TV star, fans made a shocking realization that the two men look a lot alike now that Giudice has lost so much weight. Fans are even joking that Giudice went into prison as an overweight, middle-aged man but left looking younger and more like a Jersey Shore star. While it seems highly unlikely that the Italian native will be granted permission to re-enter the United States, fans of The Real Housewives can tune in to a new season on November 6 to watch as all the juicy gossip is revealed and addressed, including Teresa’s younger man.
